Further, Yomtov, Inc. uses a state-of-the-art earthwork-calculating program which calculates volumes using the AVERAGE END AREA method. We feel it is the most accurate earthwork estimating system available. After all of the elevation information is entered either by digitizing or through existing CAD files, our systems makes its calculations by cutting cross sections across the site. The frequency of cross sections cut during the computation varies, but is typically 1500-3000 cross sections computed at an average separation of 0.5 feet.
Yomtov, Inc. will serve as an agent of the owner, overseeing construction to ensure conformity to construction/civil drawings, specifications, and standards.
