Mr. Yomtov has more than 30 years of Civil Engineering experience in site development including: design, consulting, management, technical support and quality control. He has participated in key lead roles in project and design engineering for various commercial, residential and educational facilities. As a Principal, Mr. Yomtov is in charge of project management, cost estimates and coordination to obtain approvals from local, state and federal agencies, and business development.
